Highschool GROWING pains
Is my food safe? Why can pesticides be applied to my food but not my lawn? Are organic foods more nutritious? Has everything I eat been genetically modified? We all have questions about how our food is produced but there is so much information available it is hard to know where to begin. Where do we go for the truth? Who can we trust?
Growing Pains and the associated videos are designed to help students understand some of the production practices that farmers use to grow grain in Ontario and to think critically about any topic.
