GrainTALK Webinar: How to hire farm staff

Grain Farmers of Ontario welcomes Jennifer Wright from the Canadian Agricultural Human Resources Council to our GrainTALK webinar “How to Hire Farm Staff”. Wright will lead participants through the hiring process and teach you how to prepare for hiring, find the right people, and retain them once they are hired. The webinar will include:

- Where to advertise to find the right people
- What to do once you have the applicants
- How to keep workers once you hire them
