Post-harvest = final proration × (pre + post claim rate) × quantity − pre-harvest payment. Premium = premium rate × quantity. Minimum premium is $25 per crop covered. Payments are capped at $1.2 million per participant (2025 Guidelines). The cap is not applied here.
