Grain Farmers of Ontario appeal to be heard in March
GUELPH, ON (January 12, 2016) – Grain Farmers of Ontario's appeal on the dismissal of the case surrounding the Ontario government's seed treatment regulations will be heard March 9th, 2016.
“We are pleased that the Ontario Court of Appeal has agreed to hear our case and to move quickly on the issue, with a date in March,” says Mark Brock, Chair of Grain Farmers of Ontario.
On March 9th, the Ontario Court of Appeal will hear the appeal. Grain Farmers of Ontario also hopes to have the request for a stay on the regulations and interpretation of the regulations heard at that time.
