Member Survey

Thank you for your participation in the Grain Farmers of Ontario Farmer-Member Survey. Your confidential feedback will help our planning and make our organization more responsive to your needs.

All fully completed surveys are eligible to win a $500 BBQ prize. To be eligible for the draw, you must provide your name and contact information at the end of the survey.

Online responses are also entered for a chance to win a $50 gift card each month. Winners are selected at random. Winners have the choice to select from the following retailers: Tim Horton’s, McDonald’s, Walmart, Peavey Mart, or Canadian Tire.

Winners of prize drawings will have their name published within Grain Farmers of Ontario communications and on this website.

Current Grain Farmers of Ontario staff and directors are not eligible for the prize draws.

Surveys must be completed by January 31, 2025.

An access code is required to begin the survey. The access code can be found on the printed version of the survey distributed with the September issue of the Ontario Grain Farmer magazine.
